Even though Africa is a thousand plus miles away there is a restaurant nearby to enjoy a great Ethiopian staple "Injera with wat atop". And what about Germany and their fried schnitzel or an authentic wurst with cabbage, yes!! there is one of those near by too. Food is one of the many elements of life that we all need, and eating great food starts as a kid growing up eating our mothers roast beef and taters and our grandmother secret apple pie recipe.
